First person (3D) shooters are my favorite, as well as some racing games. Playing against the PC generated opponents is OK, specially with the awesome AI (artificial Intelligence) that programmers have achieved. Like on Half Life that received the "Game of the Year" award for 1999, but the  most enjoyable and REAL gaming experience is playing online ot Multiplayer. Online Gaming is what game developers with major gaming companies are putting all their resources into.

By the end of the year you will see 3 new tittles out and competing for the 3D shooter Online gaming market. They are all sequels to games  that received excellent reviews in the past. Team Fortress 2, check out the preview on Team Fortress Classic (a must have!!!), Quake3 Arena and Unreal Tournament. Some of these games will include Live Voice Communications with lip sync. WOW I can't wait. We will have to see which one of these games takes the GOLD.

   To truly enjoy gaming, one must start with a  fast system with plenty of memory. Next it's a decent graphics card. A good  3D Video card is a must to get the best out of most new 3D games that required Direct3D or OpenGL/Glide. I have put together some links in this page, and still have plenty of work to do.
